- Focus daily on quoting and closing new business
- Build relationships with customers and help them understand the value of proper protection
- Follow up with leads, handle objections, and win the sale
- Stay current on coverage options and product updates
- Work closely with our team to hit agency growth goals

- A current P&C license is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
